The lawyer Michael Avenatti on Wednesday identified another accuser of Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh, Washington resident Julie Swetnick.
Swetnick, in an affidavit posted online by Avenatti, claims that Kavanaugh, as a high school student in the early 1980s, with others spiked the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to "cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say 'No.' "
Swetnick said these efforts by Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge were done so the girls "could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys."

Honestly, no married man will enter a discussion with his wife about this subject, unless he agrees blindly with her. It would be marital suicide, and women know it.
Girls use booze to relax, and loosen their inhibitions, not to get gang raped, which is bizarre to me, or anyone I have spoken to, but to give themselves an excuse, or permission to go beyond their sober selves. For that matter its true for shy men. Of course this is not talked about. How many accidental pregnancies occurred as the result of an inebriated tumble.
This is having the desired effect today, in front of my face, and men and women are not happy about it. Guys tend to stay to themselves, they do not buy drinks for girls in the bars...that is just crazy in today’s environment. Pick-ups are very dangerous, and depending on what you do for a living could prove career ending. This is serious stuff.
I think the majority are being run by an agenda driven minority, and not for the good of men or women, rather for political agenda. We need to hold a jaundiced eye to those who would interrupt the orderly progression of the law and the requirements set forth by the judiciary.
Make no mistake Kavanaugh has been vetted by the FBI 6 times already. These women many be telling the truth, then again, they may not. Their agenda and those who are running the dialogue are to be questioned.
Don’t get me wrong. I support the right of any woman to report and investigate allegations of sexual misconduct...but....
This should be about responsibility. If the guy is found guilty, punish him.
If however, he is found Not Guilty, the punishment should also fit the crime.
This kind of accusation is career ending, even if found not guilty. Mechanisms need to be put in place that..
1. Put the accuser on a list as a predator filing allegations later found false. This should follow them for the rest of their lives.
2. Full documentation be placed with police and law enforcement that this person was found innocent in a court of law.
3. A notice to Human resources for any possible employer of these findings, for life.
4. Automatic restitution for financial loss to the accused, and awarding of legal fees to be paid by the accuser if found innocent. I do not rule out the possibility of Jail time for the accuser if found to be lying.
Whichever side is found guilty, the punishment needs to be immediate and be taken seriously.
Make no mistake, this is a life changing event.
This is not a search for a feel good moment.
