In the wake of the 3rd Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick's identity becoming public through her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, The Kuhner Report received a call from a man who identified himself as "Thomas in Boston," whose family knew the Swetnicks "Well" in Maryland, and discussed the known "Issues of Substance abuse," and "Mental Issues from Julie." He detailed a phone call from his sister this morning, who still lives in Maryland, where she said "Can you imagine a more delusional whack job is the one that came forward against Kavanaugh?"
"Thomas" also went on to describe the are where they grew up in Montgomery Village, "Quite a distance from Bethesda" and that the "Social circles" would not have interacted. He refutes that during High School "No way that she would have encountered these same social circles, certainly not during High School."
He did say the information he received was "Second hand," as it came from family members, but, he also offered details of the Swetnicks and his own family that lend credence to his story.

Legal agencies will increasingly want to pull past virtual "records" using Social Media - to track the claims against public officials and criminial defendants using their HS, college, and other posted activities, along with images, etc.
If they uniformly lean Left how can we (the public) trust them?

Husband’s college roommate lives in Gaithersburg now and during college mid 1970s. It used to be viewed as the sticks. No way people in Gaithersburg and potomoc/chevy chase traveled in same circles. Its 10 mi apart. 20 min drive and 3.5 hr walk.

First off, she graduated in 1980, when Kav was a freshman in high school. College kids do not go to high school parties, especially during the school year when they would be at their own. Doesn’t sound right. What self respecting college kid would be caught dead at a high school party. She would be 20 and they would be 16. Not working for me.
Yet, she makes no direct accusations of sexual assault against Kav, unless spiking the punch, she says there were Qualudes, and that he was on line for a “train” rape. These are weak, because it means little, without seeing an assault or having a real victim.
We also need dates, places, times and real victims. You cannot accuse someone of felonies 40 years later without facts. This is a smear. This is to drive other women to undergo memory expansion and declare that Brett Kavanaugh raped them.
She says she was gang raped and incapacitated herself, but she also said the punch was spiked and she would not go near it. She contradicts herself. If you knew it was spiked then why did you drink it and become incapacitated? Why did you return to these parties if you knew this was going on? She says there were many parties, so this makes no sense.
Don’t even ask about police reports or hospital reports. She was drugged and raped and this nice Jewish girl did not go to the police. I AM NOT BUYING IT.
High school boys are boors, that is well known and they do grind girls and take liberties, but Kavanaugh is not a rapist, so this is another crap smear. And I am not holding high school drinking antics against the stellar life he has led. This is garbage.
Why would she go with Avanati when he failed to even dent Trump with a woman who was actually paid by Trump to go away after having sex with him?
Avanati is so bad at his job he couldn’t harm Trump with a true story. How could she expect Avanati to hurt Kavanaugh with her dubious story?

Right after the picture, did she put her hand up the guy's kilt and yell RAPE! Oh, no. She doesn't report rapes until 35 years later.
I think this is all about money. This woman knows (or maybe was even promised) that she would be richly rewarded for this on the form of a go fund me campaign or payment under the table.
