Been to many hours of DNI “training”. It depends a great deal on who the instructor is and how they set the tone. Had a two day class a few years ago that had a mixed contingent for attendees - about 6 companies sent people. One company sent 25 first line leaders and the company president. The instructor was a man hating b*&ch. An hour into her presentation this company president stood and shredded her in public then left with all the employees from his company. Every one I have been to was painful - some very and some you just do the time.

Thank you for your feedback. I work in a hospital and what in the world this has to do with maintenance work(what I do) is beyond me. I'm imagining the presenter saying something like “Can anyone tell me what diversity is?’’ And I'll say “Diversity is where nations go to die’’. I'll probably be out of a job after that. But thank you again. I suppose I'll just have to endure it.
