Interesting: A source close to Senator Manchin tells me now, "Short of claims that definitively prove Dr. Ford's allegations or a realization that Kavanaugh will gut the healthcare law, Manchin will side with the overwhelming number of people in WV who want Kavanaugh confirmed."

The same can be said for Collins and Murky! I think they may be coming to the realization that their voting NO will harm both of them at the polls when they stand for re-election. But for me, I want them gone in any case. They are not reliable.

Doesn’t this mean that Chuck Schumer gave Manchin permission to vote “Yes” knowing that they cannot stop Kavanaugh’s ascending to SCOTUS? If that’s the case, then Kavanaugh is definitely going to be confirmed!
