I can’t help but wonder if investigators haven’t scoured the neighborhoods that were supposedly involved and tried to find the house and the owners! If there was a party in my house in my absence, I think I would know it and start asking some questions. Someone had to have access to a house - if there even was “A” house!

I thought if Kavanaugh dropped out or Trump pulled his name, we could handle one after another being named from now until 2020 but after yesterday’s fiasco, I don’t favor that. Put that woman’s name up - Amy Barrett next.

Sadly, for years now, the ABA has become a corrupt progressive organization. No conservative lawyer would maintain membership in this organization. They have no jurisdiction, authority, or right to intervene in the hearing process beyond rendering and only when asked by the Judiciary Committee, an opinion on the nominee’s legal qualifications. As lawyers, they legally know their role. So their ‘beyond midnight’ attempt to intervene in and affect the consent and review process proves their liberal bias.

Did you notice Ford used the name, Brett, when she was describing what she said happened to her. Usually, to keep a distance from an attacker... to not make it personal.... they would use ‘he’ and ‘him’ in descriptions.
No doubt, she was told to use the name to make a point, but it was offensive.. and did not save her story.
So I reserve my thought on her possible nomination until I know more about her and the others on his list.

The ABA ought not to get into the business of pissing off the next Supreme Court Justice. Obviously none of the idiots there can recognize a miscarriage of justice when it smacks them in the face. Unless they are calling for an investigation of Feinstein and the attorneys who tried to get Ford to commit perjury then an FBI investigation would do nothing more than confirm that the democrats are just plain evil.
