Correct me if I am wrong, but it WON”T be the end of the world, or the end of abortion. I think what would happen is that STATES, then made laws to regulate abortion, some states will approve abortion and some will put strict state laws upon it. Just like it was supposed to be. Anything NOT mentioned IN the Constitution was to be decided in State Assembly halls. So for those who want abortion, will just have to move to New York or California.
I think the Liberals see their last, best whack at a Supreme Court seat is circling the drain.
They will be on the other bus for donkey’s years...and they are not liking it
Hamilton explains what the constitution covers and what it does not. The Convention explicitly rejected the idea that only those powers specifically enumerated are constitutional.
The problem is that the powers enumerated leaves the means of carrying them forward unrestricted.
See Hamilton’s essay on the constitutionality of the National Bank for a description of what is constitutional and what is not.
In the past, before RvW, abortions were legal in some states. You just went there to do your dirty legally. It happened all the time.
There is a solution for all the sluts that use abortion for birth control. In fact there are two solutions:
1) Actually use some form of reliable birth control
2. Keep your legs together.
