Summary: In this episode I address the momentous shift we all witnessed yesterday in American politics. I cannot underestimate the importance of some of the key moments in the Kavanaugh/Ford hearing. I also address some interesting new developments in the investigation into FISA abuses at the DOJ.

Yow! Dan was on fire today; about as much as I've ever seen.

"Lindsey Graham's speech yesterday was the end of the old rules."

Some of the rules that have changed:

• Stop ceding moral high ground to the Left and apologizing.

• Stop negotiating on their terms.

• No tolerance for character assassination, calling us nazis, etc.

• Call out shams for what they are.

• We will no longer play the culture war by their rules. No more ceding moral high ground to the anti-white, anti-male identity politics machine. (Dan is red-pilled, and shifting the Overton Window here.)

• When they play the {fill in the blank}-card, "shove it right up their caboose." Call them out as "liberal loons."

• Recognize the media as the opposition. They should be treated as such. "Mess with the media, because they are messing with us!"

• You needs facts and figures; but recognize that these mean nothing when arguing with the Left. They understand nothing but power. And recognize that you are "arguing for the third person listening."

• Trumpian politics is vindicated. We win. They lose.

• Character means nothing. You will be called a nazi no matter what you do.

I love Dan Bongino. Listen to his podcast every day on the way home. Read all his show notes. For some reason I just cannot listen to his show today after hearing the news around 6 PM that the vote was delayed a week. The Republicans had them on the ropes. The Democrats shat themselves on a national stage. And then they just threw it all away with both hands by rewarding bad behavior. I am so disgusted by this I can't even put it in words.

Some are saying "But...but, if they didn't do an FBI investigation, Kavanaugh would be tarred and resisted forever..."

When Kennedy retired I assumed that neither Collins, Murkowski or Flake would allow themselves to be the deciding vote that replaced a swing vote with a solid originalist nominee. These baby murdering, gun grabbing scum were going to derail this regardless of who Trump nominated. I assumed that they would simply vote no and make no apologies.
The strategy of holding those rat senators standing for reelection in blue states responsible made great sense. I think this strategy is still sound. All of these vulnerable rats have been forced to show their hand.
The great thing coming out of this circus is that the rats can't hide from their constituents the fact that they have destroyed a fine honorable man for unbelievable crass political purposes. For the last week and the coming week Kavanaugh has been and will be front and and center before the voters. Trump and the Republicans are attached to this fine man while the rats are joined at the hip to the scurrilous lying trash currently in the news and sure to come out this next week.
If Trump and the Republican candidates use Graham's tone for the next 5 weeks and aggressively pummel these vulnerable rat senators I think all of these races can be flipped Republican.
I hate to see what's happening to Kavanagh and his family. If he is not confirmed Barret confirmed by a 56-44 Republican majority in 2019 more than likely will be the rat payback.
