Rt 77 is a good biker route to the gulf, no tractor trailers, lots of neat Tx towns.

There is a place in La Grange, “The Bugle Boy”

It was an old Army barracks, now it a music listening hall, its Meh... no smoking no talking..

Ha! We snuck into Amarillo last week and saw the Cadillac Ranch - then South to Palo Duro Canyon post haste. Plainview and Lubbock soon followed. Whatever the latest WindTurbine count - is low. There's thousands of'em.

I wasn't pleased with the wind farms either. Then I noticed on these ranches there were windmills, pump jacks and cattle grazing all on the same ground. Amazing.
