HOLD IT FOLKS. If it is true that someone from Maxine Waters office did this, it is a federal crime to harass members of Congress (at least on paper), but to USE government equipment to do it is also a crime.
REMEMBER, WHO ran the House’s congressional servers? Hint, Little Debbie’s possibly boytoy Awan from Pakistan.
Maybe he fixed the computers to bypass some security measures that would have prevented this.

I located the offending IP addr by bringing up Lindsey Graham's wiki page and looking to see who had vandalized his page that afternoon. Wikipedia's admins had not only restored his page, but also removed the "history" entry that shows you the difference between the vandalized entry and its immediate predecessor & successor versions, so that nobody could use wiki's built-in "history diff" feature to see the redacted DOX data. That's good to know. It looks like the doxed version of Graham's page was up for 26 minutes. Same person DOXed Orrin Hatch's page too.
Just now I ran a traceroute on the IP addr in question: 143.231.249.130
It showed a total of 30 hops between my home computer and the target, but the only hops returning any information were hops 1 thru 4 - which take it from my PC to a Comcast (my ISP) server, and then hop 7 ==
SWITCH-COMM.ear2.Washington12.Level3.net (4.16.75.162)
The other 25 hops just showed the three asterisks, which means no info was returned by each of those network nodes in the path to this person's IP address. This could be due to a timeout, or due to security measures to hide the IP address of certain servers that lay in the pathway/route between that computer and the outside world.
It's illuminating to look at the history of changes made by this person to various wiki pages. Quite a bit of wiki-vandalizing, all in the anti-GOP direction.

and click on the "diff" buttons to see exactly which text was inserted for each changed page.
Hmm! Interesting! I see they made (at least) one legitimate-looking edit to a government-related wiki page that happened when Trey Gowdy was replaced by Jim Sensenbrenner as the chair of the House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations.
I'll hazard a guess that this person's job included updating the House Judiciary Committee's webpage when there were personnel changes, so they were likely a staffer for the House Judiciary Committee. I also see that Mad Maxine was on the Jud. Comm. in the 112th Congress.
So it's no surprise they had access to the personal contact info for the Senate Jud. Comm. as well.
More information .... According to gatewaypundit, someone found that a certain staffer in Mad Maxine's office by the name of Kathleen Sengstock has in the past posted from this same IP address.
That doesn't guarantee that she's the WikiVandal, since others could have been using the same cellphone or computer that she uses. (I say cellphone, since at least one of her wiki edits mentions "Mobile")
Unusual name she has, so I googled it, and here's the first photo that popped up ---
