Expelling her is a waste of time. First, it would take a 2/3 vote. Secondly, she could simply run for her vacated seat. You know she would win. The House could try to refuse to reseat her, but that would not work either. Adam Clayton Powell in the 50s or 60s is the example. She is, in fact, untouchable—except by her constituents, who are likely quite happy with her performance. She and they have no shame.
