To date, there have been no criminal reports filed with the Montgomery County Department of Police that would lead to the initiation of any criminal investigation related to Judge Kavanaugh. Furthermore, the law at the time the offense occurred is the law must be applied to any charges that might be brought. For example, in 1982, assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors and subject to a one year statue of limitations.

When Ford answered that last question from, I think it was from durbin.. how positive are you... and she answered 100%.. she was lyng for them .. all her testimony and her being there.. all lies, from that one answer she solidified her whole story was a lie. She was not sure about anything she had on her hit list.. but she leaned in to the mike and answered that line, like it had been practiced.. and sure it was.
And I’m tired of Fox rerunning all the quotes from the anti media.. showing what they said... over and over... tell the world their rhetoric/lies.. I don’t watch the other networds any time.. but Fox wants to make sure we see it.

Considering what is now known, that’s a good point that can’t be overlooked.
The republicans handed them what they wanted. Grassley gave in to his “friends”.. Grassley caves.. the dims would not have if the table were turned.
If the GOP had stood with Kavanaugh through this.. if half a dozen more repubs had blown up today like Graham did yesterday.. we could have won this today. But they caved.
I don’t get ‘giving in’... they have to know this is not about finding any ‘truth’...

I read this and what jumps out for me is the idea that Christine was in need of using a restroom. She was pushed, thrown onto a bed, and laid on by both men at the same time. The effort at climbing those stairs would have increased the urgency. Carelessly Christine's story focused on putting her in the upstairs area of the house where the bedroom would be near that bathroom. It had to put her in the location of the boys and the bedroom. It ignores the physical reality of the body's need to eliminate. The pushing, being forced onto a bed, the shock of being jumped on and the weight of both men on top of her would have been enough for the natural result of her to soil herself and the bed. Such an event should have immediately stopped all sexual assault and began the need to cleanup a stinking mess. But the story never took into consideration the natural reality of such an event. That is why I think the entire story was a fabrication.
Just look how doggedly the FBI has pursued investigations of criminal Democrats over the last 18 months. There must be FBI agents all over America practically beating down their bosses’ doors to get assigned to this one and have the chance to stick it to... oh yeah... one of their fellow travelers. Nevermind.
Not to add to your cynicism, but this alleged incident happened in 1982, if not 1981 or 1983. More precisely, some year in the 1980s.
Regardless, that was at the height of the Cold War, so if we’re counting on AG Jeff Sessions to oversee this investigation appropriately, too bad.
He is recused from all things Russia.
