Who’s this moron? Seriously, this illustrates the absurdity of the leftist argument that gender is fluid and ambiguous. You can’t have it both ways. If gender is whatever its possessor believes it to be, can we even be sexist anymore?

If/when this scenario comes to be, the majority opinion should start off saying that, on the days of oral arguments and the subsequent writeup, the majority were female that day. The SCOTUS clerks (who do much of the heavy lifting) all self-identified as female as well.
