So yet a second accuser comes out against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

But there's some problems with this accuser:

-----------------------

The New York Times reported on Sunday that it was unable to corroborate the claims of a second accuser who says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself to her in college.

Deborah Ramirez alleges that Kavanaugh thrust his penis into her face while she was drunk at a Yale University dormitory party. The New Yorker ran with Ramirez’s allegation on Sunday despite being unable to produce any firsthand witnesses or confirm that Kavanaugh was at the party where the incident was said to have occurred.

The New York Times noted several paragraphs deep in a report that it chose not to report on Ramirez’s allegation because of a lack of corroborating evidence.

“The Times had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate her story, and could find no one with firsthand knowledge,” the NYT’s Sheryl Gay Stolberg and Nicholas Fandos reported. “Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.”

------------------------------------------

Also, Kavanaugh wrote a perfect letter to the judicial committee of the senate, see link

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/09/24/kavanaugh-vows-not-to-withdraw-nomination.html

-

Kavanaugh vows not to pull out of this process and swears that, well he said it publicly so let me as well, he swears that he was a virgin well into college.

So……well he said it.

--------------------

Rosenstein, deputy commissioner of the DOJ, will be meeting with President Trump this Thursday.

Rosenstein will be wearing a wire and the words to the 25th amendment.

When meeting is over, either Trump or Rosenstein will be gone.

Date 9/26/18

So Bill Cosby got sentenced from 3 to ten years for sexual crimes.

Once upon a time I had mixed emotions about Mr. Huxtable. It wasn't that I did not believe the things he was charged with, it was more that I wondered why this is the first anyone heard of this.

There seemed to be some sort of thing that if you were a powerful and famed man you were welcome to help yourself to whatever female parts you want from those around you.

Like Harvey Weinstein, fine and handsome fellow whose hands I dream of being all over me, if an actress wants the part she must service the producer.

Or the main actor, as in Bill Cosby's case.

No I don't think an 80+ blind man should have been sent to jail. It's not like he's a harm to anyone, even women, anymore.

But the man threw all the good will and respect he had built during an admirable career.

Take your life and throw it right in the trash that I may touch those titties.

---------------------------------------

I can't believe mine own senator, Chris Coons, the dumbest, dumbest, dumbest senator of the lot, says that it is up to Brett Kavanaugh to prove his innocence.

As in "Guilty till proven innocent."

This guy should never be a senator again.

Bear in mind he ran against Christine O'Donnell because Delaware's elite Repubs thought she was too stupid.

So we got Coons, the smartest of the lot.

------------------------------------

Date-9/27/18

----------------------------

As of this writing this morn, the testimony of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser will be heard by the Senate judiciary committee.

Also hear that a couple of guys came out of the woodwork and say it was THEM who sexually assaulted Susan Ford.

A few more accusers stepped up over night and I hear they found two dead women in the desert with notes on their bodies that they were killed by Kavanaugh.

Stay tuned and we shall report in full tomorrow.

----------------------------

Judge Brett Kavanaugh

Why yes I did watch, all day and not that I don't need a life, the narratives of Supreme court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Ford.

Seems this Ford woman got it all wrong, from who paid for the lie detector to the four people she said were at this party but they all denied it.

Heh. She names FOUR people at that party, and every one of them, including her alleged best friend, deny it.

One humorous quote from Kavanaugh below:

I didn’t mention going to church in my calendar. I also didn’t mention brushing my teeth.”

Kavanaugh, meanwhile, had the benefit of all those denials from people Ford said were at the great party no one knew where, when, date, time or place.

First, Ford.

All day long, from Mike Wallace to the female pundits on Fox on and on we heard how thoughtful and sweet that woman was.

Well we know she's a liar.

And if I am the only female in America to express an extreme dislike for this woman, then so be it.

I could not stand her awful, awful voice.

And while I know voices don't indicate guilt or innocence, I could not stand her dramatics.

Lookit, every female around has had to fight off male hands. I thought this woman over-acted about an incident, which was NOT rape and hardly lasted more than five minutes.

Anyway, the Democrats did themselves proud, dear Lord, how proud they must be.

Describes the current atmosphere pretty well. But there is hope for this generation.

Item #3

There is a lot of “stuff” floating around on the internet about Ford & her attorneys, Deborah Ramirez/attorney, Julie Swetnick & her CPL (Creepy Porn Lawyer, Avenatti). Below is a link to the Committee on the Judiciary’s web page. In particular, here is the link for the Majority Press Releasses and you will see some topics you may want to peruse:

https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/majority

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

In particular, I would like to draw your attention to this link:

Summary of Actions by Chairman Grassley and the Senate Judiciary Committee Related to Allegations Made and Disputed Regarding Judge Brett Kavanaugh

https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/releases/summary-of-actions-by-chairman-grassley-and-the-senate-judiciary-committee-related-to-allegations-made-and-disputed-regarding-judge-brett-kavanaugh

The formatting isn’t the easiest, but if you are interested in the interactions with the attorneys for Ford, Ramirez and Swetnick, it’s illuminating reading. In particular, you will be able to see why the Committee has concluded that Ramirez and Swetnick are not credible.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

There is a very good article entitled:

10 Red Flags About Sexual Assault Claims, From An Employment Lawyer
http://thefederalist.com/2018/09/25/10-red-flags-sexual-assault-claims-employment-lawyer/

The first two items on the list of 10 are below & keep them in mind when you read the Committee’s summary of what communications/interractions they’ve had with all 3 attorneys:

1. The accuser uses the press instead of the process.

Every company has a slightly different process for harassment and assault complaints. Often it begins with a neutral investigator being assigned to interview the accuser first, then potential corroborating witnesses. When an accuser is eager to share with the media but reluctant to meet with an investigator, it’s a flag.

2. The accuser times releasing the accusation for an advantage.

For example, when the accuser holds the allegation until an adverse performance rating of the accuser is imminent, or serious misconduct by the accuser is suddenly discovered, or the accused is a rival for a promotion or a raise, or the accused’s success will block an accuser’s political objective. It’s a flag when the accusation is held like a trump card until an opportunity arises to leverage the accusation.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
If you’d particulary like to read about CPL Avenatti, the Committee has a separate, additional link for him:

Myth vs. Fact: Michael Avenatti’s Statements on the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Investigation into his Clients Allegations

I quit watching the Sunday morning programs quite a while back, but tuned in to Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo just to hear Lindsey Graham, who continued his recent outstanding fine performances in defense of the Republic, the Constitution and the rule of law.

Graham was followed by Trey Gowdy, who also continued HIS ongoing crapweasel performances being deeply “concerned” and “frustated”, but confident that the DOJ will be forthcoming RSN (real soon now) with all the requested documents “they’ll allow us to have” (that last is an exact quote!).

Devin Nunes Discusses Rosenstein Motive To Manipulate Declassification of Documents…
Posted on September 30, 2018 by sundance
HPSCI Devin Nunes discusses the motives of current officials within the DOJ and FBI to continue all efforts to hide the institutional corruption. Specifically the motive of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to push any investigative outcome past the mid-term election; where they hope those institutions are protected from executive sunlight.
