lawyers who worked with Ford will also face an investigation by the Washington, D.C. Bar for allegedly misinforming her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers would not travel to California to speak with her about her alleged assault.
Complete BS. Ford flat out lied about this and if that woman questioning here had perused it, it would have been uncovered. How is it Ford did not know, but every one of us knew? It was all over the liberal msm.

Basic principle, if you catch a witness in an outright lie ALL of their testimony is deemed to be lies.

Making the bar complaint is an interesting strategy. To defend themselves, her lawyers will be under enormous pressure to say “Yes, we told her” which would be yet another example of perjury.
By the way, this was not under oath, but everyone remembers how she was afraid of flying so couldn’t come right away? Well (1) she actually flies quite often and (2) she was in Deleware, not California, when she said how long it would take her to get to Washington (about 2 hours by car).

Complete BS. Ford flat out lied about this and if that woman questioning here had perused it, it would have been uncovered. She lied under oath. She committed perjury without blinking. Basically claimed she was an idiot living under a rock with no connection to the outside world. Charging her lawyers might force their hand, but I doubt anything comes of it.
Also, the lawyer was severely undermined by having to break up her questioning into 5 minute blocks. Had she been given a 30 minute block, I believe she would have broken Ford.
