Swetnick claimed in the lawsuit, filed against the Washington Metro Transit Authority that she lost $420,000 in income after injuring her nose during a fall on a train in 1992.
Swetnick, who is being represented by attorney Michael Avenatti, claimed to be an actress and model at the time and said she lost “numerous modeling commitments” because of her injury.

Swetnick listed a company called “Konam Studios” to support her claim of lost wages. She listed Nam Ko as an owner of the company.
But Ko told the Associated Press that he did not own a studio and that he never hired Swetnick for modeling work.
He also told the AP that he met Swetnick more than a year after she allegedly injured her nose.

It is my understanding that Trump is not restricting the FBI at all. Swetnick’s story doesn’t even pass smell the smell test. A group of teenagers are drugging and raping differant girls at differant times over a summer and no one talks? You really think the girls are going to set around and let it happen. You really think there are no boys that would stand up for the victims? You think the victims would wake up with messy underwear and sore VJ’s and not figure it out? So this is three separate incidents right? She sued NY Life for workplace harassment, was fired and sued by Webtrends for multiple behavior and harassment issues, and now this.
Or am I confusing allegations against other accusers?
Swetnick is only known because of Avenatti. As I understand, no Senator has asked to review her claims and no one (Dem or GOP) involved with the confirmation process wants her as part of the process. As such, the FBI would have nothing to do with this, especially as the GOP claims to want to keep this limited.
That’s not to say Swetnick wasn’t a headline-generator used by the MSM propaganda media, Avenatti and perhaps Dems working hard behind the scenes.
I saw a more recent picture of her the other day...This picture here is probably 25-30 years old...She is a tough, ugly b*tch today...
The sleazeball Michael Avenatti should be greatful they’re not investigating his client and her background, because she’s clearly a con artist/mental case.
