Darwinists Unhappy About Trump Fetal-Tissue Ban

September 29, 2018 | David F. Coppedge

Darwinism cheapens human life. Here’s a huge societal debate about the consequences.

The Trump administration has launched a “sweeping review” of fetal tissue use, reports Nature. It cancelled a contract between the government and a fetal tissue lab, and will review all forthcoming requests by scientists to engage in fetal tissue research.

Pro-life leaders are exhilarated. It’s about time, they think, three years after the Center for Medical Progress shocked the public with undercover videos of Planned Parenthood showing blatant disregard for human life and for U.S. law, treating baby body parts like junk for sale.

""As we have shown repeatedly, Big Science encourages unrestricted abortion and other leftist causes because its Darwinian worldview devalues human life (6 Feb 2017, 4 Feb 2018). To an evolutionist, we humans arose by chance, and have no accountability to a Creator. Life is just material substance. Nobody cares that we got here, and nobody cares when we die. We can set our own moral standards.""

Huh? What does evolution have to do with this?

...

That’s my question, too.

...

That’s a lot of garbage. Ignorance isn’t a prerequisite for being religious.

Here’s a more accurate view of evolution by Christians:

BioLogos invites the church and the world
to see the harmony between science and biblical faith
as we present an evolutionary understanding of God’s creation.

“It cancelled a contract between the government and a fetal tissue lab”

Wasn’t that another ILLEGAL “contract”?

Ping.

Trump taking out a source of secondary profit for abortion, will make an increasing number of abortion clinics unprofitable.

In the context of the drive to national prohibition of baby murder this is a small, mostly symbolic effort toward the goal that provides a modest amount of encouragement to pro-lifers.

But, absent the commitment to overturn Roe and legislate sharp and meaningful restrictions on abortion, this would be an insult to the young pro-lifers I know. By itself, this is less than crumbs.

It is we pro-lifers who are slowly, painfully, inch-by-inch, trying to create a pro-life culture, with little or no help from church hierarchies, and little help, and very often, great hindrance from “conservative” politicos. Every gain we’ve obtained with assistance of politicians has been grudging from their hands. Many young pro-lifers are willing to say, yeah, we’re not going to overturn Roe, so why are we any longer allied with these morally-compromised, venal, cowardly, smelly old conservatives anymore in the first place?

And posters here who say, “Roe won’t be overturned, so suck it up, pro-lifers,” validate the alienation many young pro-lifers feel from the Republican and conservative causes.

What's been going on for decades now is a Humanistic point of view invading the pulpit. Many Christians now believe that Genesis is no longer part of the Bible. They explain away the account of a 6 day Creation but then speak of talking donkeys, the sun standing still for 3 hours, and dead people rising to life. For what ever reason they feel the Creation story has to agree with atheist scientists. God even speaks about thinking themselves wise, they became fools in Romans 1. And what were they foolish about? Acknowledging God as Creator. As a result God gave them over to a reprobate mind. What does a reprobate mind get for us? Homosexuality!

Now you ask a scientist if teaching evolution causes homosexuality, they will say all kinds if bad things about Christians, but God is telling you exactly what He is doing in the world. God tells us His ways are not our ways and His ways are higher than ours. God uses the foolish things of man to make His point.

As a Christian, I believe Genesis 1-2 exactly just as I believe Jesus was the Son of God and died and rose again. God even doubled down on Creation in Exodus on the 10 Commandments. A Christian isn't required to match what he believes with what some PHD at Harvard thinks. A Christian believes God. You don't need to twist and bend to try to match what the latest theory is by an atheist. The latest theory will change soon enough.

Is their anyone but me that has discovered the headline "The textbooks will have to be rewritten!" come up every couple of years or so. The Bible has NEVER changed. Evolution is a joke. They can't explain anything in a coherent manner. They tell the latest theory, but run into problems trying to put the whole thing together. They can't explain why there has never been one of these so called transitional fossils. They can't explain how, if some mutation is born how and what do they eat for millions of years before they change to something else. Most animals that are born mutated die almost immediately.

Romans 1 tells everyone that everyone knows God is the Creator just by looking at the Creation, they have no excuse. Looking for an alternative method of Creation is a form of rebellion to Him. Even someone from New Guinea knows there is a Creator. We will be judged by the "light" we have been given", for all those that wonder about people that haven't heard of Jesus. God is a just Judge. He is no respecter of persons. If you have a PHD in Theology, God will judge you about what you have been given. It's what you DO with what you have been given that causes judgement. Once you read Genesis 1 and then say that's a wives tale, you bring judgement onto yourself. These same people believe Jesus didn't really rise from the grave and He probably sinned somewhere in His life, or He married Mary Magdalene and move to France, or any one of dozens of invented scenario's coming out of college today.

Scripture tells us in John 1 that the Word was there in the Beginning, and He was with God, and He was God, and in vs 14 says he became flesh and dwelt among us. He created everything that exists and everything exists because of Him. Don't you think, if we came form monkeys, Jesus would have told His apostles, "Oh, That Genesis thingy, Its not really true, I just didn't think anyone could comprehend the "punctuated equilibrium" theory for 5 thousand years, so I just told them I spoke things into existence". If we are created in His image, is God a piece of pond scum or an ape?

A "Christian" that believes in evolution needs to check their dipstick because they are low on oil. There is a key verse they need to get way down inside them. We are saved by grace through faith. If you have no faith, why would God give you a mulligan? If you believe a man over the Scriptures, where is your faith? If you are ashamed of the Bible( the Word) he will be ashamed of you. If you have a caveat when speaking about God's Word, you are ashamed of Jesus. Jesus is either the Truth, or a lie. Blessed are those that don't see, yet believe.
