It’s funny how unintentional missteps and oversights, and completely innocent acts can become monumental felonies in the hands of a democrat prosecutor. I recall one of the allegations made was that he had spent thousands of dollars flying a puppy across the country—either the campaign’s or taxpayer’s money, I don’t recall. It seems to me that if a family must locate to a new home the pets should accompany them.

It’s the sort of thing anyone would do, but recounted by the prosecution it’s treated as flagrant embezzlement— magnified many times over when the media gets wind of it.

People, I suspect, are starting to catch on.

Giving your wife a paper job isn’t a mis-step....

Lying about purchases is not a “mis step”.

Mr Hunter will get his day in court, but if the indictment is even remotely true... this isn’t a mis-step here or there being mischaracterized...

Believing the things he’s accused of are simple mis steps is like saying McDonnell’s were..

He’ll get his day in court, but the “its a partisan witch hunt” rings hallow on this one.
