By the end of the week, it will be extended another week. Demonrats will move the goalposts EVERY TIME, until they get what they want.
The article made it sound like Trump is doing this to gain votes in the November election. I assume closing the investigation won’t affect the confirmation vote one way or the other.
The preponderance of evidence , gleaned from dozens, if not hundreds of the Judge’s friends and classmates of the time, attesting to his sterling character, put up against a small handful of uncorroborated accusations, mostly from people he never knew, puts the ball squarely in Kavanaugh’s court, no pun intended. The democrats will NEVER be satisfied, because their intent is to delay, and if that’s no longer possible, then to refuse to confirm him, and if THAT’S not possible, to try to impeach him when they take control of the House. But I have every confidence that God will see to it, that Republicans will not only hold Congress in November, but will gain a strong majority.
It is my belief that this fiery trial that Judge Kavanaugh has endured, will backfire on the democrats, and that God is using that trial to cause that to happen, and to show forth, for ALL to see, not only the depravity of the democrats, but the awesome power and deliverance of Almighty God on behalf of his children and our country. We must continue to pray that the enemy is confounded, and the righteous, flawed though we be in our own might, are upheld, through our LORD and Savior Jesus the Christ. “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
