Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Brett Kavanaugh of drugging women and participating in gang rapes in the 1980s, spoke out at length about her allegations in an interview that aired on MSNBC Monday.
NBC News started off by noting it could not independently verify her claims. Swetnick spoke to NBC News correspondent Kate Snow about her allegations, made in a statement released last week, that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge attended a party where she was drugged and gang raped. While she did not accuse Kavanaugh of assaulting her, she claimed she witnessed him participate in gang rapes. Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegations and denied even knowing Swetnick.

During the interview, when asked who she told she named her Mom and a Montgomery County Police officer. Both are conveniently deceased. The report also said the police station could take up to a month to look through records to find a report, again how convenient.
So no report, big lawsuit?? Are you telling me that if the Montgomery County Police Department received a report of a party where gang raping was going on, they just filed it in the circular file? Really? This is not some huge city police department. That would be the biggest news to hit that area in forever. People would have known about this!!
I’m reminded of how NBC spiked Lisa Meyers concerning her report on Bill Clinton’s alleged rape. Seems NBC’s journalistic standards have changed even if their politics haven’t.
If true that makes her a sick, psychopathic woman. She was in college at the time, so if her fantasy was true, she is admitting that she was aware that a younger girl was getting raped but she did nothing to stop it. That's really ugly behavior.
I think the percentage of women who would stand by and do nothing while a younger girl is getting raped is very small. In fact it might be very close to zero. The women who do stand by and do nothing about a younger girl getting raped are usually involved in prostitution, or the production of child pornography.
That says a lot about Ms. Swetnick, if what she is saying is anything other than an outright lie.
Her employment history also shows that she faked her resume, and that she ended up in lawsuits with her employers. At least one of those lawsuits included accusations of benefits fraud as well. Swetnick is simply not credible.

Looks like she testified of her own criminal action at the advice of Avenatti. She may have been the only adult present videotaping. She kept attending the parties she was so shocked about, ...each time,... for all 10 of them...
This crap can’t go unanswered. It goes beyond the difficulty of libel laws for celebrities and public figures. There’s death threats for god’s sake. If this can occur with impunity, then it’ll never stop. People need to think twice before they can pull this stuff.
At minimum, Ashley Kavanagh needs to hire representation and file suits againt all three of these women, the DNC, the Democrat committee members and their staff members, and the law firms representing them all.
She and her children have been threatened and harmed. People need to step up and pay for this travesty.
