Christine Blasey lived in Potomac, Maryland in 1985.
Christine was arrested in a traffic stop and ticketd on June 14, 1985 (Friday) in Catawba County North Carlina.
She was charged with a traffic misdemeanor – no big deal. It was disposed on Sept 11, 1985.
But there’s more.
There were two other cases on June 17, 1985 (Monday). They were also in Catawba County on a different day and are under case type – CRIMINAL. This might be the same case, but two different records were given.
The interesting thing about these two cases against Christine Blasey Ford is that they were last updated on July 7, 2018.

I am with you as a gut reaction - speeding ticket on Friday, suspicion of DUI, lab result on Monday so additional charges. Except for one thing: the Monday June 17 charge is not “traffic” like the speeding ticket. What could be so damaging that someone risked committing a felony to scrub this record? What would undermine Ford’s credibility so much? A DUI as a college kid, who cares. She was not a minor at the time of this criminal charge and the public does have a right to know.

Yeah that’s been my thought all along. The woman’s homelier than a mud fence now and the photo of her when she was 15 shows she was homely then. The only reason anyone would hit on her then was if she had a rep for “giving out”, as we used to say when I was in High School.
Who cares if it was scrubbed? That just makes it easier to accuse Ford of vile felonies without proof. You know, what she did to Kavanaugh.

Perhaps it wasn’t just alcohol. Maybe she was using coke, pot, or any other drug of choice. Those typically still brought charges to users who were caught, even in more recent years.

I would guess driving while impaired to a large extent.
So where did this form come from? It doesn't even give the date of expungement or say expunged.

According to the report she was 51 in 1985. I think this story is a fabrication although there may be some factual basis.
What about microfiche or microfilm? Or newspaper police blotters?

I think this form image is lifted off one of those paid search sites. They would show her current age, not the age at the time of the record.
And you can pay them to remove your info off their sites. I imagine Ms. Ford or her lawyers did this as part of their scrubbing of her social media as well.
If she does have a criminal record, they can still be accessed locally.
What you don’t see is her left hand behind her back with her fingers crossed...
That’s dated after the spring semester ended so she hadn’t gone back home. That fits with her not liking her family.
