Maryland may be blue, but he represents red areas of Maryland. His areas are more agricultural on the eastern shore. Carrol county is nice and is growing quite a bit, which means the D’s are moving in.
A few years ago, Maryland adjusted their district maps. I met Andy Harris and told him I was excited to be represented by someone who shared my philosophy. He asked where I lived and told me to take a closer look at the map.
The scum villain legislation in Maryland literally wrapped his district around my small town.
I was looking on a small map and didn’t notice it. I still consider him my rep.
They’re really showing their true colors, aren’t they.

I’m certainly no authority. Kabar might know.
As I understand it a congress member can invite people. And I would also imagine that each member has a staffer who can invite people.
There should be a log to see who invited them.
Sheer speculation: other people have passes and might be allowed to bring guests for all I know. All are logged in I am certain.
The rules could be changed. The minotiry party might lose its traditional priviledges if these abuses continue.
I also think those logs should be made public maybe 3 days after the fact. That should be standard policy. The people deserve to know. Anonymous whistle blowers can be met outside the Capitol.
You can’t offer the logs ‘real time’ for security reasons. Mobs like this [or worse] could then track the logs.
I predicted worse back when I first came to the forum if we do not defeat these goons.
Most of us aren’t really shocked — we’re outraged. Big difference.
