True, but it was Esterhazy who was selling state/military secrets to the Germans and he, the rotter, to save himself, claimed that it was Dryfus. So that really IS different; especially because Esterhazy was also a gigantic Anti-Semite AND was part of the group who was "investigating" who had been committing the treasonous acts.
