It didn’t need to be either of them - Hatch (or his office) posted this on the Judiciary Cmte. website. Hatch at least needed to approve.

I can just imagine the laughing that was going on...it must’ve been like that scene in Porky’s when the uptight teacher wanted to have a line-up of guys to identify the correct member. If I recall, even Ike’s picture was smiling at that. :>)
