Mr. Ketterer, who up to this point could have just stayed anonymous is actually trying to shed some light on the Slander of Judge Kavanaugh.
Mr. Ketterer being a Democrat Politician is the Icing on the Cake. I wonder how they will spin that one.
Let’s see where this will go. Will flakey Flake change his No to a Yes now that this news has come out? Yeah, sure...

I went back and checked the Judiciary Committee notes earlier today to see if Swetnick’s statement had in fact been submitted. Avenatti was contacted numerous times to arrange an interview and to submit evidence and he didn’t do it. I figured he did not submit Swetnick’s statement - as long as it wasn’t given to the committee or FBI, it didn’t matter if she swore under penalty of perjury or not ... it’s not a crime to lie to the public - happens all the time.
I had to laugh (wickedly, I confess) because CPL Avenatti DID submit her sworn statement ... probably to keep her from backing down on her story .... which she did anyway during her NBC interviews. She’s now got her t!ts in the wringer & he should have his anatomy in a wringer, too.

Swetnick already backed up on the details in her sworn statement. Avenatti keeps saying he’s got a woman in FL to corroborate, etc. but if you look at his history with the Judicial Committee, he’s had plenty of chances to bring Swetnick forward with evidence and he has yet to do it. It appears he will only allow his clients to talk to the FBI .... he does this because talking to the FBI, in a twisted way, adds credibility to what his clients allege - must be serious/credible if the FBI wants to interview. It’s also better optics for him as a ‘serious’ lawyer, and if the FBI is involved, it’s more damaging (optics again) to those he is trying to hurt. He’s a media whore/got major personal financial problems, just like Swetnick. He must be getting desperate on Swetnick with no FBI interview, so he’s letting her go peddle her Kav character assassination in the media with the NBC interviews. Avenatti is the male version of Gloria Allred. If Avenatti is associated with your case, then likely by that fact alone, you are not credible and have no evidence.

Looks like the extra week for the FBI investigation was a good investment. Flake is feeling the heat.
