The Judicial branch had zero authority to usurp Trump’s handling of immigration...but they did it anyway. Plus a million other examples the past 80 years of judicial overreach.

A lot of good that argument will do.

We’re probably in need of an additional Trump Supreme Court Justice (in addition to Kavanaugh) before the makeup of the court will allow it to put a stake through the heart of such unconstitutional judicial usurpation and kill it.

How under the separation of powers can a Court block a vote of Congress? This should be interesting to watch. In the past, on much different kinds of things, the courts have said that it is moot until Congress Acts, then the action can be challenged as unconstitutional, but they haven't prevented a vote.

Please pass the popcorn!

It works. You just have to have the balls to invoke it (so still very shaky when dealing with Senatorial Gopers). What's the court going to do if you ignore them, arrest the entire Senate?

You would think senators would have a basic understanding of civics.

LOL...You are kidding right?

Maybe the Judge should tell the Senators how to vote.

The Judicial branch has ZERO authority to tell the Legislatve branch how to do their job.

Correct. But I wouldn’t put it past the clowns in Federal judge robes to decide otherwise.

Love to see a Judge try to enjoy and be told by McConnell where he/she can stuff the injunction.

Plaintiffs do not file in injunctions. They ask the court to give them an injunction.

No federal court is going to order the Congress not to act as a legislature which is it Constitutional role. If they do, those courts can be eliminated by Congress under the Constitution and I hope they do so.

A court that is lower and created by Congress cannot stop Congress from performing its enumerated lawful functions.

Further every drastic attempt they try will be fair game and more, in the future against them.

They dont care, all that matters is winning in the moment by any means necessary.

Trump gets this, he gets re elected as majority opinion is shifted off pro-abort positions.

See? Feminists and other socialists aim to control the legislator by controlling the courts.

It’s like the Senate voting to prevent a judge from issuing a ruling.

.
This is a laugh!

Has that idiot never heard of “separation of powers?”

This is truly amazing. He has proven himself unfit to serve in the senate.
