When the clamoring for the tax returns first began, Trump told the clamorers to go look at his financial statements,
that all the info they wanted and more was contained in them and that they were public record.
I don’t think the financial statements being public records can be considered as being’leaked’.
And of course nothing like this ever happens to the CCF, Clinton Crime Family.
The NYT will change it’s policies after the defamation suit. Trump will then own the paper and put his boys in charge. You can sue when it was malicious and knowingly false, which I believe it was.
