Machin will vote yes, UNLESS his vote puts it at 50, then he may take the golden bribe from the dems and their backers... but as long as there are 50 votes, he’ll vote yes... As will a few more red state dems...
Kavanaugh will be confirmed by 52-55 votes....
And honestly, should Kavanaugh not get 50 votes, President Trump should openly state that he will resubmit Kavanaugh after the new Senate is seated in January...
Instantly Nationalize the midterms, and let every republican use this democrat fiasco as wind at their backs for the election.

There need to be some consequences for this chicanery, both for the duplicitous Senators and the fake accusers. If they get off scot free, there will be repeats.
Don't they have to start the process to have a vote?
