It all boils down to was the late Judge Merrick a Republican or Democrat?
McLean is going to say “I don’t Remember” obvoiusly, but when the media circus hits Malibu, Merrick is going to get cold feet and deny he wrote it unless he is a closet Republican for some reason.
This certainly looks like she lied under oath. I think they clearly have enough to charge her with multiple counts of lying to congress. It may be time to start a campaigne to demand she be prosecuted. Enough of this crap where leftists get to lie under oath then just walk away, often with a pile of payola. Someone needs to be made an example of or this will only get worse. Ford needs to be THE one without a seat when the music stops.

Grassley obviously had the Information Before today. The Letter written Today means Nothing. The Boyfriend may have spoken to the committee, or McLean did, but one of the two did, and not Today.

If this was a Democrat SC nominee, NBC would have run with this story in prime time breaking news. Republicans have higher standards.
Until NBC interviews Brian Merrick and he repeats what he supposedly wrote on Camera, I don’t believe it, and neither will 150 Million democrats.

It appears McLean, a Holton Arms alumna, was/is a FBI agent. There was a Monica McLean assigned to the SDNY office in 2008.
FBI agents have to take a polygraph to get the job, right?
