This certainly looks like she lied under oath. I think they clearly have enough to charge her with multiple counts of lying to congress. As said in previous threads, Ford carved out a portion of her home for an “accessory dwelling unit”, which is legal per the City of Palo Alto Zoning regulations; however, if a homeowner rents out this accessory dwelling unit, a separate EXTERIOR door is legally required per the zoning code. She lied in her testimony that she needed two front doors due to her assault trauma.
Her polygraph examiner said she was asked two questions. The second , being: was your statement of what happened true?
