It’s quite obvious the victim is a white privileged cisgender homophobe. She is lucky she wasn’t arrested for her crimes.
Of course the school has to put Garbee on unpaid leave. No one can suffer an assault by a lesbian of color, it is just not possible in the hierarchy of victimhood. Paid leave would imply that Garbee was the victim.
So this is the second time Page Garbee has been assaulted. The first time was in Poland. The assault was documented and perpetrator punished by the University, but suffered almost no real punishment. His identity is protected to this day, and he graduated with “honors” because his identity was protected.
PCP is such extreme hardcore stuff that its affects would completely obscure any effects of weed smoking. Practically every person I ever knew to have done it, had been arrested not long after for a violent crime.
For some reason, I can’t find one single photo of Andrea Shantora Brown on the internet, even though she was found guilty. No mug shot, no nothing. None of the articles that tell this story has a photo of her. Just the video.

The school itself is in a deep pocket of ungentrified DC. in far southeast along Oxon Run Park, just over the DC line. The area is heavily wooded and would be attractive if you could wave a magic wand and make the drugs and crime disappear. There are some ok areas off Alabama Avenue not too far away and the move of DHS to the St. E's campus will change things over time, but to date some neighborhoods are still LBJ Hoodlum Ranches dominated by 1960's-style housing projects.
