A gunman shot multiple people outside a shopping center in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
The victims were outside a Dollar General store on Germantown Avenue and Wister Street around 3 p.m. Wednesday when a gunman opened fire.
The victims were taken to the hospital. Officials have not yet revealed their conditions or a description of the suspect.

My father grew up in Germantown. I had never been there. About 25 years ago when visiting my cousin in Philly, I asked her to take me there where my father grew up. She strongly advised against it, saying it is not the same neighborhood my father grew up in. Later that week, while driving my family around Philly I took a wrong turn and was scared to death driving through a wasteland neighborhood populated by wretched black people. Picture burned out wrecked homes and barren lots with scummy homeless black people on sidewalks and scary people in the streets. Nope, no Germans there! I was sweating until I made it out of that neighborhood. The worst slums in San Francisco look like fine neighborhoods in Philly; the slums in Philly are truly in bad shape.

My guess is that the shooter is neither conservative or an NRA member.
To be honest.
Your description could be of Germantown, north Philly or West Philly.
70 years of total democrat control will do that.
