the FBI shouldn’t even have become involved:

29 Sept: Gateway Pundit: What? Last Person Senator Jeff Flake Called Before Asking for Another Week of Supreme Insanity was DAG Rod Rosenstein
by Joe Hoft
Outgoing and unpopular Arizona Senator Jeff Flake spoke with Rod Rosenstein before announcing that he was delaying Judge Kavanaugh’s vote before the Senate for a week.

Flake’s move to align with Rosenstein sends a clear message that Deep State is now involved in the Supreme Court nomination process...

The fact that Flake contacted Rosenstein (Redactenstein) should worry the entire country...
God help this country – Flake just created a monumental mess – aligning with Rosenstein proves it!
(Oh, and where the hell is AG Sessions?)

I have no doubt that Rosenstein knows and has passed the info, probably even Wray.

How does one try and call Wray at the FBI but end up talking to Rosenstein? They have call forwarding or what?
