Interesting release from the Capitol Police today says he was spotted by a witness Tuesday night sitting at a computer in “the senatorial office of a formal employer”. That witness subsequently got an e-mail threat, which is presumably what the witness tampering charge is about. Is there more than one Senator currently serving whose office that would have been?

Turns out the answer to my question is... Senator Hassan. His period of employment there wasn’t mentioned in most of the MSM stories.
