If he didn’t have the votes, he wouldn’t have filed for cloture.
Cloture will require 51 votes, or a simple majority of Senators present (if less than a 100 are present), we will know one way or the other at that time. If there are enough votes for cloture then it’s pretty sure Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
Laura Ingraham announced tonight a couple good Fox News polls breaking tonight: Marsha Blackburn is at +5 in TN and Kramer is wiping the floor with Heidi Heitkamp in ND, 53-31!
Just think what could be accomplished should Ditch choose to work this kind of crazy Senate magic on a daily basis.
