Flake is a no. Pence will be the deciding vote. Then the media could use that to pound Trump on. Something about how a bi-partisan vote denied Kavanaugh the seat until Pence stepped in and cast the deciding vote for Kavanaugh.

Funny, but I see that as a big Trump win if it goes down that way.
