She should know a lot about judicial temperament needed after her arrest for drunk driving when she refused a field sobriety test when confronted in a gas station after reports of her car being driven erratically, then disobeying the officer and driving off, then failing a sobriety test and registering .22 blood alcohol, while trying to argue her way out of the DUI because of her being a Justice on the Ohio Supreme Court. Yes, she knows all about judicial temperament.
