We had our own Rudy, Richard Riordan, who cleaned up LA following two decades of mismanagement and corruption under Tom Bradley. But today, homeless campsites are proliferating, crime is skyrocketing, and LA looks like it did in the last years of the Bradley administration.
Although I don't see NYC on a daily basis it seems to me that Comrade Wilhelm (aka: DiBlasio)...the guy who,for some reason,married a lesbian...is in the process of undoing all of Rudy's work.
Maybe DiBlasio will be running at the same time Garcetti is.
