I’m concerned about Susan Collins’ presser at 3:00 PM. Why would she bring such attention to a “yes” vote? Especially with the vitriolic atmosphere toward the Senators right now? I’m afraid she may be going to try to explain why she’s voting “no.”
Figure she’s gonna pull a Kerry, i.e., so she can say she voted for him before she voted against him?
