You’re right, the surprising thing would be if they really thought she was wrong. When the University employee in Berkley put a bike lock in a sock, and swung it and hit several Republicans in the head. In a normal world this was clearly attempted murder. In the State of California, this was a misdemeanor with a little probation. This lack of prosecution is exactly like the lack of prosecution that followed lynchings of the past. It is a mockery of the law when prosecutions are based upon the class of the victims. This acceptance of violence or threats of violence like Georgetown has shown, is a threat to our rule of law. OK, I’m done ranting.
