No kidding...couldn’t see fit to recuse herself from the Obamacare decision (deeply involved prior to her appointment) but spouts off about this...she’s a fing hack.

Maybe I read her bio wrong but Kagan didn't even have experience as a judge in a traffic court before she was appointed to the Supreme Court.

Libs need to look in the mirror occasionally.

I think a review of Kagan’s (nominally) suthored opinions (Both minority and majority) have declined since she was appointed.

I suspect Roberts has found her work ethic to be lacking....
