Daines should be present and ready to vote, not “on call”! Will you and all the other Chicken Littles on here give it a rest already? If Daines' vote is so crucial, McConnell could delay the vote by a day or two. If the GOP leadership becomes so stiff-necked that they would demand him to miss his daughters' wedding for a vote that really has no deadline, then, IMHO, they deserved to lose the Senate (and the House).
