The entire proceedings and vote will have to be moved to a military facility and temporary housing for the Senators will need to be in order, tents preferably, with Mil-Spec Latrines.
Perhaps shut down flight ops @ Area 51 for the duration and ship them their w/ only one news feed out that all the media have to share, CSPAN works for me.
