Well, kinda sorta at least since 9-11. But we are not conducting an active war against Islam the way they are doing so against us with Da’esh, CAIR, al-Qaeda, Iran, the Pallies, Linda Sarsour, and Jimmah Carter.
Our strategy is mostly reactive and has no desire in it to hate our Muslim enemies & to want them dead. In that they have the advantage.
