DiFi is history. California is going to elect Kevin (de) Leon to the Senate, I predict.
What I heard last year was that the senators actually pay for their seats on committees to the party. I don't know if The chair of the committee, which would be a republican, can veto a democrat committee member.

I wouldn’t expect a difference would be made to the Democrats. It is the people like Ford, who are willing to lie (in return for what reward?) on behalf of the leftist narrative that I expect would be most affected. If they are offered $500,000 to promote a specific lie, but they know they could go to jail for it... they might think twice before taking that deal.
