I predict the rulings narrowly made by the Supreme Court (5 to 4) will be declared illegitimate by the Left because of Kavanagh being on the bench. Those rulings will be openly ignored first by ultra liberal States, then liberal political groups and then ultimately by liberal politicians.

That circumstance (just like in Dred Scott) will cause both sides to lose faith in the rule of law and act as a catalyst for the next CW.
