My dad used aluminum screen mesh shaped into a cylinder with a cone shaped funnel for an entrance. He put that over the nest, and when a sufficent number were flying around inside, he gassed them. In two days the nest had been “deactivated.”
Of course he was of German descent, and an engineer as well.
I was once attacked by hornets; I ran & got in my car & drove back to the nest. I cracked the window & then let fly with knockdown spray, filling the entrance.
Soon they were all milling about on the ground, not quite able to fly. Soon after that they were dead.
Anyway, expect more leftist violence. I’m clean shaven with a mil style haircut and I’m visibly white. In blue cities that could make me a target. Oh, and my Vietnam vet’s cap. It’s war out there.
