Kavanaugh’s confirmation will create an ideologically cohesive five-vote majority of conservative justices appointed by Republican presidents and a four-vote minority of liberal justices appointed by Democratic presidents for the first time in the Supreme Court’s history. During his confirmation hearing, Kavanaugh tried to dispel fears that he would rule on a partisan basis, arguing that “a good judge must be an umpire – a neutral and impartial arbiter who favors no litigant or policy.”

Kav will not throw out the Constitution just to get the Rats, he doesn't have to, they have already committed more than enough criminal acts to land 'em in Gitmo for life.
The Roberts Court will simply pull the Rats and Swampsters "Get Out of Jail Free" and "Legislate From the Bench" cards.
Check the comments.
A good umpire enforces the rules of the game. When it comes to the Supreme Court, that means following the Constitution as written. That is all I ask.
There is no "Penumbra" in the Constitution. There is no deference to international law. There is no recognition of allegedly evolving values. Just plain words on paper. I cannot imagine a better Justice than an impartial umpire.
I hope Kav is most partisan justice evah. I hope he rains hell and fury down on all democrats and their fucked up agenda for decades to come.
THAT’S JUSTICE.
It's now apparent that the law needs to be updated to included the Communist-infiltrated, murder-by-abortion-promoting, terrorist Demonicrat Party.
“Living well is the best revenge”
We don’t have to stoop to their level. We just make the right decisions, and for the right reasons, and the effect is about the same. I’m going to savor this time!
We’ll see. Our last sure-thing declared Obamacare a tax and kept it alive.
Then McCain couldn’t find it in him to repeal it, either.
I don’t see partisan politics I see a wise judge summing up the on going events. His “tirade” was not opinion it was a summary of facts. If the democrats don’t like seeing their actions exposed they should maybe change their actions.

Utter nonsense. They are presuming to know how some justice will decide an unspecified case
They never complained when it was the other way
I agree.
My take is that Kavanaugh, according to Collins, is mired in a sickening web of unconstitutional court precedents. [That makes her happy, of course.]
But, we have this:
Those Who Oppose Kavanaugh Ought to Support Liberty Amendments

Yeah.
I hope Trump chose wisely.
I expect John Roberts to begin a gradual leftward migration. Obama’s people had something on him and whatever it was will soon be general knowledge within the DNC leadership circle.
If Justice Thomas is any indication of how Dem’s side of cases are treated by someone who has been villainized by the Dems, the Dems have nothing to worry about with Justice Kavanaugh. I can’t wait to see how Ruth’s replacement will be treated!
Just wait until RBG dies and we get a conservative woman on the court.
The moronic "opinions" of Sotomayor and Kagan will read like the humorous satire they are.
Libs need to take a chill pill. Originalists don’t make up new laws; they consider the text of the constitution and precedent. Most of the time they will write a few paragraphs of instruction and hand it back to the states.
Actually, that's quite close. Add a couple of words, and it is true: The Coming Kavanaugh Court Doctrine: Most Democrats Policies Are Unconstitutional
Love the title. sounds reasonable.
They never complained when it was the other way

Exactly
It’s time to declare the democrat party a subversive criminal enterprise, outlaw it and start locking up the lawbreakers.
No expensive, lengthy trials necessary - after all - they just killed the tradition of “innocent until proven guilty”.
Yes, the prisons will be crowded for a while but they can hot-bunk ‘til they start dying off.
No reason why treacherous witches like FeinkenStein, Piglosi, MaxiPad Waters and Hitlery can’t share a maximum security cell.
