Manchin is a lock. If the GOP keeps the Senate I expect him to flip.
Minchin is “helped” by the vote for Kavanaugh for the people looking for a union-traditional democrat excuse to still vote for him, but he lost the extreme center and extremist left of the democrat party. Republicans see it as the sleazy pandering that it is.
