I almost care about this — but the law should be enforced. If there is no law against it, the perp must still be identified, so someone can later visit some real beheading upon him or her. Gardner’s about 51 percent POS though.

My first response was “uh huh. cool story bro”.
We keep hearing about all this threat going on but the ‘victims’ almost never provide any evidence or report to the cops, and when they do, more often than not, it’s all made up by the ‘victim’.
This is arguably a death threat, and the SS [or US Marshalls?] should question the perp with the hairy eyebrow and at least leave him with a verbal warning that a repeat of this nature against any public figure would be prosecuted.
