Can’t imagine that if 96.3 percent of those who can work are working, there isn’t something out there for everybody.

There are many tens of millions who can work, but choose not to.
They may be on welfare or retired, for instance.
The unemployment numbers are therefore bogus for the main number reported, but Trump has turned these into gold for election purposes.
